Matteo Legler, Chief Operating Officer of ADS Securities, has over 15 years of business development experience in a number of different financial services jurisdictions, including Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, London, Malta, Mauritius and the UAE. 

He began his career as an asset manager with Banca del Gottardo in Geneva, after which he created LDB Holding in 2000 and became a Board Member at LDB & Partners SA, Private Banking and Asset Management, a Geneva-based Asset Management Company. Matteo is also the founder and board member of LDB Financial Advisors FZE, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE; Publibrands SA, publishing; Sapphire Investments SA, private holding company; and Symphony SA, Insurance Broker. From 2005-2007, he was a partner at Amwal Brokerage, an equity broker in Abu Dhabi.  

During his career, Matteo has focused on wealth and asset and wealth management across a range of structured products, developing investment policies, undertaking due diligence and fund management.  He has also been involved with a number of private equity investments and private placements, including the sourcing and raising of funds.

Matteo is Swiss and holds a BA in Economics and Social Sciences from Geneva University, with a major in Corporate Management and Finance and speaks four languages. 

Marc Aspinall is a senior financial services executive who for the last 10 years has managed the global partners business for CMC Markets, where he developed the commercial, technology and service proposition. He was instrumental in the on boarding of, and building the relationships with, all new partner clients, personally leading negotiations on all top tier global partnerships. He set-up the Institutional Partner's department in 2002 and worked his way through the company until he reported into the CEO and board. His experience covers working with institutions across a range of markets including West/East Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, India, South/East Asia and Japan.

He has specialized in the implementation of global sales initiatives having full responsibility for commercial, legal and implementation requirements across White label, IB and API solutions.

He is listed on the FSA register and holds an LLB (Hons) degree.

Peter Brooks is a senior Treasury and Capital Markets manager with over 30 years of experience. He has considerable knowledge in eTrading, treasury, fixed income, custody, money markets, liquidity and trading operations. Before joining ADS Securities, he served as Head of Trading at City & Merchant / Kingswood Asset Management, an FSA-registered broker located in the City of London. Prior to this, he was the Treasury, Custody and Money Markets Director of the London branch of INTL Trading Inc., a Nasdaq-listed US company trading globally in financial markets. Previously, he also ran his own firm ODL Fixed Income Securities LLP, managed the Fixed Income and Derivatives desk at Fimat (Newedge) and served as Head Trader of Sumitomo Trust International plc.

Claus Nouveau-Nikolajsen is the Head of Global Markets at ADS Securities. In a career spanning over 10 years, Claus has acquired significant knowledge of trading a variety of financial instruments. He has a strong track-record of working with institutional clients, investment banks, ultra-high net-worth individuals and family offices on a global scale.

Before joining ADS Securities, he served as Vice President at Deutsche Bank.  In this role, he implemented Autobahn, Deutsche Bank's online (FX) trading platform for family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals and small institutions. He was credited with significantly increasing trading volumes in FX, FX Forwards, FX Options, Spot Gold & Sliver, ETFs and Derivatives.

Prior to this, Claus was a Member of Merrill Lynch’s largest Asset Management team in Europe within the company’s Global Wealth Management division serving Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals and Family Offices in Europe and the Middle East. 

Claus is a Board Member  in several companies. He was also the co-founder of Baumann & Partners, a Luxembourg-based independent asset management company, which was successfully sold in 2009. 

Prior to joining ADS Securities, Miguel was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Dublin-based Squared Financial Services Limited (SFSL), a leading independent full-service brokerage. As COO, he was responsible mainly for the management of the operations and trading departments of the company. He was also responsible for the continuous development of the company's trading platform. At SFSL, he led the creation of the dealing room and developed the framework for the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Miguel has a Master of Science degree from the Ecole des HEC, University of Lausanne, Switzerland.

Nael has worked as a trader and chief broker across Europe and the Middle East.  Educated at Sagesse University in Beirut, Lebanon, he started work as a FX and stock trader in Geneva at EFXFX SA, covering commodities, equities and FX.  He then moved to Abu Dhabi as the Chief Broker at Amwal International Financial Brokerage LLC, helping to launch the company and managing the portfolios of High Net-worth clients.  Whilst at Amwal Mr Salam registered as a certified broker with both the ADSM and the DFM.  He then moved to the Beirut based FX Invest ENMA as a senior trader before moving to ADS Securities in 2011.  As Head Trader at ADS Securities he is responsible for the day-to-day running of the front office, working with the dealers to support on and offline trading, manage risk and offer the highest levels of client support and reporting.
