How do I open an account with ADSS?
You can open two different types of accounts with ADS Securities. The first is an account for institutional traders – an Optim – account. This is for businesses involved in high volume FX and asset trading.

If you are a professional, individual, trader you can open a personal Prime account, and there are three ways you can do this. The first, and easiest route, is to click on the „open a live account‟ tab, which is at the top of every page, and then click „Professional Account‟. Please complete the online forms. You will be required to upload proof of identity and address, and transfer the minimum account opening amount of US$10,000, and can then be trading within four hours.

What if the minimum account opening size?
The minimum amounts for account opening are:
ADSS Trader Platform US$25,000
ADSS MT4 Platform US$10,000
What products can I trade?
A full list of products is available on the website – under Prime- products or Optim – products. These lists are kept updated as ADSS introduces new products and services. If there is an area not covered which you would like to discuss with us, please call our sales team and they can advise, subject to regulatory approval being in place, whether we can offer the product or not.
Can I trade using my mobile phone?
Yes, for our ADSS MT4 platform we provide access on iPhone, iPad and Windows mobile devices. This will allow you to not only stay updated with minute by minute market developments, but to also trade on the go.
Can I trade while I am abroad?
Yes, as the Platform is web based, you can trade anywhere as long as you have internet access, and you can also trade off-line by calling the trading desk who can make your trades as required.
What do you mean by a demo account?
Our demo account is there to allow you to test your trading strategies using real market data and pricing without you having to make a financial commitment. You are trading based on imaginary funds, so that you can be confident that FX trading is the option for you.

How do I trade?
If you are new to FX trading we would strongly recommend that, before you commit to start trading, even if you are experienced in trading other asset classes, that you either rehearse your strategy using a demo account; undertake some formal training; or talk to one of ours sales traders who can introduce the basic elements of FX trading and offer you further advice on how to make forex trading work for you.

What is the spread?
The spread is the difference between the price you buy at and the price you sell at. ADS Securities aims to provide some of the tightest spreads in market.
How do I upgrade my account from a demo to a live account?

Why do we need your personal information?
ADS Securities follows international and national standards for gathering information about our clients. These standards make sure that we observe KYC (Know Your Client) financial service guidelines as well as anti-money laundering legislation (AML). This information may also used to make an assessment of whether you have sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the risks involved in trading. We do not sell your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes.

Do I need to deposit any funds to start trading?
Yes you will need to complete the account opening process and then deposit a minimum of either US$10,000 if you are opening an ADSS MT4 account or US$25,000 you are opening an ADSS Trader account. These are the minimum amounts required for trading. There is no maximum amount that is up to you.
How do I transfer funds into my account?
You can fund your account by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit or debit card or in person at our office.
